The materials (dead livestock and poultry) are directly put into the equipment cavity without the need for external crushing, and there is no blood discharge or splashing. The jacket layer is heated by electricity to raise the temperature of the medium by 185 ℃ -200 ℃, and sterilizes and ripens the materials in contact. The material layer is subjected to a pressure of 0.1 MPa, fully ripening and sterilizing.

Workflow:

Feeding → Heating and maturing → High temperature sterilization → Pressure relief drying → Cooling and discharging → Organic fertilizer

Working hours: feeding → finished product storage, total time 4-5 hours
