operational principle

This machine transfers heat to the material through the heat transfer wall, and some steam enters the annular space between the outer shell and the inner wall of the cylinder. The material is heated through the inner wall, and the condensate is discharged from the bottom drain valve; Another part of the steam enters the spindle and coil, heating them, and the condensate is discharged from the drain rotary joint. As the shaft rotates, the material is thoroughly stirred and mixed under the joint action of the impeller and coil, thereby maximizing the contact between the material and the surface of the shaft and coil. The secondary steam is discharged from the top steam chamber of the casing through an induced draft duct, which maintains a weak vacuum inside the duct to prevent waste steam from leaking out and to avoid absorbing too much cold air. The feeding plate installed on the main shaft is located between the heating coils. It can not only push the material forward, but also has a self-cleaning effect. It can remove the covering layer on the shaft and cylinder walls to maintain good heat transfer ability.
